Terms of Service

All photographic materials shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising, and self-promotion. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client's consent.

The Client is obtaining a personal use license for images to be used for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. Commercial use requires written permission by the Photographer and an additional commercial licensing fee per image.

When published online, it is requested that citation of photographer be made. The Client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The Client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts photographs online and agrees they cannot be cropped (with the exception of forced cropping via social media), altered in color, or edited in any way.

The Client agrees and understands that screenshots are theft. Any person found screenshotting gallery photos, removing watermarks, or otherwise sharing or using unpaid photos will receive an invoice for the full amount of a single high resolution image per stolen photo ($30 as of June 2026).

Summit & Sosie Photography keeps client files for up to 1 year after the photography session and is not liable for any claims after this period. All client files will be taken offline and Photographer makes no guarantee that files will be backed up beyond this period.
